These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the SOLA SWIMWEAR website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
Section 1 : PRODUCTS
SOLA SWIMWEAR offers swimwear designed around minimalist silhouettes, timeless designs and more responsible materials.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizing information are accurate. Slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or production.
Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
Section 2 : ORDERS
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
SOLA SWIMWEAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information or product unavailability. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Section 3 : PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods available at checkout may include credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is due in full when the order is placed.
Section 4 : SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SOLA SWIMWEAR ships within France and internationally.
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Section 5 : RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All original tags and hygiene protection must remain attached and intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
To request an exchange, please contact contact@solaswimwearco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Section 6 : DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every SOLA SWIMWEAR item is carefully checked before shipment.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs.
An appropriate solution will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Section 7 : PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional codes and special offers are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined or applied to previous orders.
Section 8 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the SOLA SWIMWEAR website, including photographs, videos, logos, texts, graphics and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without prior permission.
Section 9 : LIABILITY
SOLA SWIMWEAR cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs delays or technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
